in a dark ally, where people roam. where people be like they were, in the beginning of the new nation. selling slaves for money. this picture takes place in a dark ally, that has been tagged to try to stop slavery. but some fancy buisness men and their wifes purchas slaves for their houses, but the group behind them are trying to stop them
I think that this image represents a busy city, like New York because of all the dark colors, people, buildings, and lights. I think that this is a city in a bad neighborhood surrounded by gangs and bribery because there is a dark group of people and someone has a price label on their forehead. As i said before I think that the dark colors give it a dark and sinister meaning.
I think this artwork is about people evolving into business people. I see tall buildings and people dressed in business suits and the people in business suits are the same color. There is one man who is not dressed in a suit and is the color blue and seems to be breaking or evolving into a business person like everyone else.
I think this image is about evolution due to the word "EVOLVE" in the middle of the image. The parting arrows represent how evolution makes us all different and making us go our separate ways. The walking people stand for the fact that even though we're different, we still walk together as one. The one man that is below the road looks like he is in distress as if he is fighting something. I believe him to be breaking the chain by choosing not to evolve with the rest of the people walking on the sidewalk.

The people who are in purple are wealthy with fancy clothing while the man in blue with the barcode on his head is just an ordinary person, 1 of a million as opposed to the rich 1 in a million. The crowd of blue people in the back represents that group of ordinary people.
